Plenya is private — I do not accept health insurance. Lab tests can, in part, be done through your health plan (we advise the best strategy case by case); most patients choose to concentrate everything at a partner laboratory to ensure technique standardization and longitudinal comparability.

Plenya consultation: 60 to 90 minutes. It is the time needed for an integrated clinical reading of the expanded panel of tests (cardiometabolic, renal, hormonal, body composition), construction of the longitudinal plan under The ACTS Method and definition of therapeutic priorities.

Nefroclínica consultation: care focused on clinical nephrology — investigation and follow-up of chronic kidney disease, hypertension, electrolyte disorders, glomerular diseases, kidney transplant and renal complications associated with other conditions.

I am the same physician at both — what changes is the scope. Plenya: preventive medicine, longevity and integrative functional medicine, with a multidisciplinary team. Plenya medicine has two entry paths, both direct:

Plenya Consultation — in person in Londrina or online via telemedicine. Inaugurates your relationship with the care-managing physician: the Plenya clinician who conducts your care longitudinally, coordinating the plan with the Plenya team and with the other physicians you already see outside the clinic.

Continuum Plenya — a structured 12-month, 100% online program with the multidisciplinary team (physician, nutritionist, psychologist, exercise physiologist) in weekly meetings and quarterly reassessment cycles. You can enter Continuum directly, without needing to first have a Plenya Consultation.

I see adults aged 18 and over, both at Plenya and at Nefroclínica Londrina. For pediatric nephrology, I refer to a specialist colleague.

Yes — as many companions as you consider necessary, at your discretion. Spouse, children, caregiver, family members: the presence of whomever you want is welcome, both at the in-person office and during the online telemedicine consultation.
